Conventional pass boxes are simply equipped with a device that mutually interlocks the doors on the patient room side and the front room side, and tableware contaminated with bacteria that is carried out from the patient room side is stored in a designated place without being sterilized. There is a high possibility that it will become a source of infection because it is transported to a location, and some items are sterilized in a pass box, but in this case, the sterilization light is turned on and off manually, so you forget to turn it on and off. In addition, there were drawbacks such as insufficient sterilization because the door was opened and closed even when the lights were on. This invention divides the inside of the pass box into a box exclusively for carrying items from the front room to the patient room (hereinafter referred to as the "inbox") and a box exclusively for carrying goods from the patient's room to the front room (hereinafter referred to as the "outbox"). This is an attempt to improve the above drawback by providing a germicidal light inside the box. The structure consists of at least one inbox, which has interlocking doors on both sides of the patient room and the front room, and an outbox. The outbox has a light that lights up for a predetermined period of time when the door on the patient room side is closed. The outbox is equipped with a germicidal light, and has an electric circuit that prevents the doors on either the patient room side or the front room side of the outbox from being opened when the germicidal light is on.

Further, in the space of the pass box main body 2, there are electric locks 6..., 7..., 6', 7' and push button switches 62..., 72 on the patient room side and front room side of the inboxes 4, 4 and out box 5. ...62', 72', limit switch 81..., 82..., 81', 82',
The present invention is constructed by connecting the operating panel 4 and germicidal lights 9 and 91 as shown in FIG. That is, a pilot lamp E is connected in series to a conductor F2 connected to a power switch F attached to an operation panel 40 facing the front room, and connected to a conductor F3 . Here, for convenience of explanation, the conducting wire F 1 is assumed to be the positive side and the conducting wire F 3 is assumed to be the negative side, but this does not mean that direct current is used. The positive and negative conductors R 1 and R 2 that control the interlock of pass box 1 are connected to the transformer R connected to the positive and negative sides of the pilot lamp E of the shunt F 2 , and the positive conductor R 1 is connected to the transformer R. 3 is the normally closed contact 62 of the push button switch 62 on the patient room side of the inbox 4.
1. Electric lock 7 on the front room side, Limit switch 8 on the patient room side
1. Normally open contact 72 of front chamber side push button switch 72
1 are connected in series, and then connected to the negative conductor R 2 , and the shunt R 3 is further shunted from the positive side of the push button switch 62 on the patient room side to the normally open contact of the push button switch 62 on the patient room side. 622, hospital room electric lock 6,
After the normally closed contacts 722 of the front chamber side limit switch 82 and the front chamber side pushbutton switch 72 are connected in series, they are connected to the negative side shunt R3 of the front chamber side pushbutton switch 72, and connected to the circuit. connected in parallel. The circuits of the upper and lower inboxes 4, 4 are the same, and these circuits operate as interlocks for the inboxes 4, 4, respectively.

Next, when the push button switch 72 on the front chamber side is pressed, the normally open contact 721 is turned on, and the normally closed contact 721 is turned on.
22 is turned off. As a result, the normally closed contacts 621 of the limit switch 81 on the patient room side, the electric lock 7 on the front room side, and the push button switch 62 on the patient room side connected to the shunt R 3 are energized because they are in the on state. The equipped buzzer sounds and indicates that the electric lock 7 on the front chamber side is in an unlocked state. In this state, the door 51 is opened by pulling the handle 53. Then, the front chamber side limit switch 82, which was in contact with the back surface of the door 51, is turned off. On the other hand, the door 51 is opened in this way, and the push button switch 72 on the front chamber side is opened.
Even if the handle 43 is pulled in an attempt to release the hospital room door 41 in the restored state, the hospital room electric lock 6 is in the OFF state and the latch portion 61 is engaged.
The door 41 cannot be opened, and even if the patient room side push button switch 62 is pressed and the normally open contact 622 is turned on, the front room side limit switch 82 connected to this cannot be opened.
is in the off state, the electric lock 6 on the hospital room side is not energized and remains locked, and the door 41 is not opened and the buzzer does not sound, indicating that it is locked, and the handle 43 is pulled indiscriminately. Nothing happened. The same holds true even when the push button switch 72 on the front chamber side is pressed.

As a result, the normally closed contacts 722 of the hospital room side electric lock 6, the front room side limit switch 82, and the front room side push button switch 72, which are connected in parallel with the shunt R 3 , are in the on state, so they are energized, and the hospital room side electric lock is energized. The buzzer installed in 6 will sound, and the electric lock 6 on the hospital room side will be activated.
When the door 41 is shown to be unlocked and the handle 43 is pulled, the door 41 is opened. Then, the limit switch 81 on the hospital room side, which was in contact with the back surface of the door 41, is turned off.

On the other hand, even if the door 41 is opened in this way and the push button switch 62 on the patient room side is reset, even if the handle 53 is pulled in an attempt to open the door 51 on the front room side, the electric lock 7 on the front room side will be turned off. latch part 71 in the state

Even if the door 51 is turned on, the limit switch 81 on the patient room side connected to it is in the off state, so the electric lock 7 on the front room side is not energized and remains locked, and the door 51 is not opened and the buzzer does not sound, so it is locked. This will prevent the handle 53 from being pulled unnecessarily.

First, as mentioned above, unless the patient room side push button switch 62' is pressed, the electric lock 6' on the patient room side will not be energized. will not open.
When the pushbutton switch 62' on the patient's room side is pressed, the normally closed contact 621' is turned off, and the normally open contact 62' is turned off.
2' is turned on. As a result, the electric lock 6' on the patient room side, the limit switch 82' on the front room side, and the push button switch 7 on the front room side are connected in parallel with the shunt R4 .
Since the normally closed contact 722' of 2' is in the on state, it is energized and the buzzer provided in the electric lock 6' on the patient room side sounds, indicating that the electric lock 6' on the patient room side is in the unlocked state, and the handle 43 is turned on. As described above, the present invention divides the pass box into an inbox dedicated to transporting items from the front room to the patient room and an outbox dedicated to transporting goods from the patient room to the front room. In addition, since each door is interlocked with each other, there is no risk of items accidentally falling onto the other side when placing the items in the box, and there is no risk of the items being dropped onto the other side while being carried in. When the door is opened, the contaminated air inside the hospital room will not inadvertently flow into the front room. In addition, there is a germicidal light inside the outbox that turns on automatically for a predetermined period of time when the outbox door is closed, and while the germicidal light is on, neither the patient room side nor the front room side doors of the outbox can be opened. Therefore, contaminated items (such as tableware, etc.) in the hospital room are completely sterilized, and there is no possibility that contaminated items will be accidentally carried out to the front room and become a source of infection.
