BACKGROUND ART Breast plates, which are currently widely used in building materials such as wall materials and fences, and other fields, are manufactured by molding and firing a specified clay material as a main component.

However, in recent years, as the amount of clay stored has been gradually decreasing, it has become impossible to meet the enormous demand due to a shortage of raw materials, and on the other hand, there has also been an increase in the amount of waste tiles that are discarded as defective products during the tile manufacturing process. A large amount of glaze waste is being discharged, but this waste can only be used as a landfill, and such waste has not been able to be used effectively.

In view of these drawbacks, the present invention has been developed by mixing glaze waste and adhesive paste with an appropriate amount of water, adding tile scraps made by crushing roof tile waste into the mixture, and stirring and mixing the mixture to form a molding material. In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing ceramic plates using waste tiles, etc., in which the molding raw material is filled into a mold, press-molded, dried and then fired. An embodiment of the present invention will now be described based on the drawings. First, glaze waste 1, organic adhesive 2, and tiles discarded from various tile manufacturing industries are used as molding raw materials for ceramic plates to be manufactured. Prepare the waste, first collect a predetermined amount of glaze waste 1 and adhesive paste 2, add an appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly, and then add the tile waste to this mixture using a crusher etc. An appropriate amount of tile scraps 3 which have been pulverized into particles with a diameter of 1 to 5 liters is introduced, and these are sufficiently stirred and mixed to form a sticky molding raw material.

After that, the molding raw material is filled into a mold having a predetermined shape, and the molding raw material in the mold is compression-molded by a press molding machine to form a molded base W, and after the molded base W is taken out. This is thoroughly dried, then placed in a prescribed firing furnace and fired at a temperature of about 1100°C to produce a ceramic plate product. - Then, in the firing stage, the adhesive paste 2 mixed into the molded base W
is burned and gasified, and voids are created in the area corresponding to the distribution area of the adhesive paste 2, making it porous.
Further, the glaze waste 1 becomes molten during firing and flows between the scattered tile pieces 3, causing the particles of each tile piece 3 to coagulate and integrate with each other.

In short, in the present invention, glaze waste 1 and adhesive paste 2 are mixed with an appropriate amount of water, and tile waste 3 made by crushing roof tile waste is added to the mixture, and the mixture is stirred and mixed to form a raw material for molding. Therefore, it is possible to effectively reuse tile waste by making the tile waste 3, which does not have plasticity and moldability, into a sticky state that can be molded by the presence of the adhesive paste 2. In addition, since the molding raw material is filled into the mold, pressed, and dried and then fired, the adhesive paste 2 is gasified and removed by firing, so that the distribution area of the adhesive paste 2 is reduced. Voids are created in the areas corresponding to the porosity, and these voids allow the manufacture of ceramic plates with ventilation and water permeability.Furthermore, as the glaze waste melts during firing, the tile debris l@GT!actually caking~
Therefore, according to the present invention, glaze waste 1 and tile waste 3, which were conventionally disposed of as industrial waste, can be
Its practical effects are enormous, such as the ability to effectively reuse materials and save valuable resources.
