シングに支持された入出力用の回転軸と、この回
転軸に一体回転可能に設けられたトルクプレート
と、このトルクプレートの回転中心と交わる傾斜
軸心回りに回転可能に設けられ前記傾斜軸心に平
行な複数のシリンダ穴を前記トルクプレートに向
けて開口させたシリンダブロツクと、このシリン
ダブロツクの各シリンダ穴にスライド可能に嵌着
されるとともにその反シリンダブロツク側の外方
端を前記トルクプレートに枢支させた複数のピス
トンと、前記ケーシングの流出入ポートと前記各
シリンダ穴とを接続するための接続ポートを有し
てなるバルブ面とを具備してなるピストン形ポン
プまたはモータであつて、前記シリンダブロツク
の反トルクプレート側に前記トルクプレートに対
して傾動可能にして傾動盤を配設し、この傾動盤
にシリンダブロツクを相対回転自由にかつ一体傾
動可能に摺合させるとともに、この傾動盤の背面
に円弧面を形成しかつ該円弧面に沿つて歯形を刻
設しておく一方、この傾動盤の背面側に前記歯形
と噛合し作動軸の操作で往復動もしくは回転動す
るラツクもしくはピニオンを配設してなることを
