Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the heating efficiency of a cooker from decreasing, by preventing hot air from mixing with cooling air when the cooling air from a high frequency oscillator is fed into an oven during heating cooking, by selecting the positions where pores to feed and discharge hot air and where pores to feed and discharge cooling air are provided. CONSTITUTION:The air heated by a hot air heater 4 is fed by a hot air fan 5 as a hot air, into an oven from injection pores 20, 21 and 22 provided on the right and the left, and the lower parts of the back wall of an oven. The hot air repeats circulating in such a manner that it flows along the side walls and the bottom wall of an oven, turning the direction at 180 deg. by hitting to the door of an oven, reversely flowing passing through the center part of an oven chamber, and returning again to a hot air chamber 3 from suction pores 23 in the center of the back wall of an oven. The temperature in the oven is uniformly raised to heat and cook a food. The cooling air from a high frequency oscillator is mostly sucked into the oven chamber from main suction pores 24 provided in the upper part on the front wall of an oven, flowing nearly diagonally along the ceiling of an oven, and is discharged from the oven from discharge pores 25 provided in the upper part on the rear side of an opposite wall.

Conventional configurations and their problems Conventionally, combined heating cookers that combine a microwave oven and a hot air circulation oven have used each function completely separately or in a programmed sequence for one heating cooking. It was mainly used for cooking, and there was little use for simultaneous cooking, where both functions operated at the same time.

This is due to power consumption, and the input current is too large for a normal household 100V power supply, but 220V~
This simultaneous cooking is possible in Australia, Europe, etc. where 240 ■ power source is available. However, when both functions are operated at the same time, as is well known in the case of microwave ovens, the structure is such that the cooling air from the high-frequency oscillator enters the oven chamber to exhaust the steam generated from the food, and also prevents the door screen from fogging up. Because of this, there is a problem that this cooling air mixes with the circulating hot air, lowering the temperature inside the refrigerator and reducing thermal efficiency. To solve this problem, some systems have been implemented that use a damper device to prevent the cooling air from the high-frequency heating device from entering the oven during simultaneous cooking, but this structure is extremely costly. The problem is that it is expensive.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a heating chamber, a high frequency oscillator, a fan device for cooling the high frequency oscillator,
It has a fan device for circulating hot air in the heating chamber and a heat source, and most of the air flowing into the heating chamber by the cooling fan of the high frequency oscillator and the air flowing into the heating chamber by hot air circulation are mixed in the heating chamber. The air passages are separated so that they do not overlap, so even if someone is inside the oven, the air from the cooling fan does not mix with the hot air circulation when cooking at the same time, which lowers the temperature inside the oven, thus improving thermal efficiency. It has the effect of being able to do the following.

9 is a fan for cooling the high frequency oscillator, and 10 is a fan motor for rotating the fan 9. After cooling the high frequency oscillator 7, the cooling air generated by the fan 9 is guided by the air guide 11, enters the oven, and is exhausted to the outside of the oven together with the steam generated from the food during cooking. 12 is a partition plate that partitions the air intake side and the air outlet side in order to improve the cooling efficiency of the fan 9, and 13 is a grill heater used for grilling food.

The air heated by the hot-air heater 4 is turned into hot air by the hot-air fan 5, and flows into the oven through discharge holes 20, 21 and 22 provided on both left and right sides and at the bottom of the rear wall of the oven, and is discharged onto the side and bottom walls of the oven. The flow then changes direction by 180 degrees when it hits the door, flows back through the center of the oven interior, returns to the hot air chamber 3 through the suction hole 23 in the center of the rear wall of the oven, and repeats the cycle. Cook food by raising the internal temperature uniformly. At this time, since there are no hot air discharge holes in the upper part of the rear wall of the oven, the hot air hardly flows near the upper wall of the oven.

On the other hand, most of the cooling air from the high-frequency oscillator enters the oven chamber through the main intake port provided at the front upper part of the oven side wall, and flows almost diagonally along the oven upper wall from the rear upper part of the opposite side wall. Exhausted outside the refrigerator. At this time, the steam generated from the cooking food is also exhausted. A part of the cooling air flows from the auxiliary intake port 25 along the thick door surface to prevent the door window from curling. In this way, the air paths inside the oven for most of the cooling air from the high-frequency oscillator and the hot air are separated, so the two do not mix inside the oven, and therefore the cooling air is directed into the oven. Even if the hot air is turned on, the temperature of the hot air decreases,
Heating efficiency does not deteriorate.
