るものにおいて、被加熱部物の温度を検出する温度検出
器を設けると共にこの温度検出器の出力に基づいて被加
熱物の温度上昇傾斜を検出する温度検出部を設け、この
温度上昇傾斜に応じて上記時間間隔を所定長補正する事
