しまうことによつて、いわゆるガードバンドノイ
ズ等による画質の著しい劣化を生じてしまう。従
来より、上述の如き特別な再生モードにおけるガ
ードバンドノイズの発生を防止するために、回転
磁気ヘツド装置に配設されている磁気ヘツドを、
バイモルフ等の電気機械変換素子により可動自在
として、正しい記録トラツクTRaをトレースさせ
るような制御を施すようにしたウオブリングの手
法が用いられている。上記ウオブリングの手法を
適用した場合の磁気ヘツドのトレース状態を第1
図中に破線で示す。上記ウオブリングの手法は、
従来、上述の如き特別な再生モードにのみ適用さ
れている。

成の磁気記録再生装置を提供するものである。

ンチローラによる挾走手段によつて定速走行され
ている。なお、第2図中矢印Aは回転ドラム3の
回転方向を示し、また矢印Bは磁気テープ5の走
行方向を示している。そして、上記回転磁気ヘツ
ド装置1は、その回転ドラム3上に4個の磁気ヘ
ツド8A,8B,9A,9Bが第3図に示すよう
に配設されている。上記4個の磁気ヘツド8A,
8B,9A,9Bのうち2個の磁気ヘツド8A,
8Bは、上記回転ドラム3上の外周縁部分に互い
に約180゜の位置関係をもつて固定されており、
ビデオ信号の記録および通常再生モードにおける
ビデオ信号の再生を行う。また、他の2個の磁気
ヘツド9A,9Bは、上記回転ドラム3上の外周
縁部分に互いに約180゜の位置関係をもつてバイ
モルフ板等の電気機械変換素子10A,10Bを
介して各々に取付けられており、フイールドスチ
ル再生、スロー再生、およびフアースト再生等の
特別再生モードにおけるビデオ信号の再生を行
う。上記各磁気ヘツド9A,9Bは、電気機械変
換素子10A,10Bによつて、回転磁気ヘツド
装置1の回転軸方向すなわち磁気テープ5のテー
プ巾方向(図中矢印C方向)への微小振動が常に
与えられている。特別再生モード時に得られる再
生ビデオ信号が最大の信号レベルとなるような帰
還制御により、上記電気機械変換素子10A,1
0Bによる各磁気ヘツド9A,9Bの微小振動駆
動状態を制御して、各磁気ヘツド9A,9Bが磁
気テープ5の記録トラツクTRa(第1図参照)を
正しくトレースするようにオートトラツキング動
作を行つている。また、通常の再生モードおよび
記録モード時には、上記電気機械変換素子10
A,10Bにより各磁気ヘツド9A,9Bを2〜
3μm程度の微振幅にて振動させて、磁気テープ
5と回転磁気ヘツド装置1との間にエアフイル現
象を発生させるとともに、該磁気テープ5に微小
振動を与えることによる振動輸送の効果によつ
て、磁気テープ5および各磁気ヘツド8A,8
B,9A,9Bのいわゆる張付き現象や摩耗損傷
を防止する。
