備え、シフトアンドセレクトシヤフトの摺動によ
りセレクトされたシフトヘツドを同シフトアンド
セレクトシヤフトの回動によりシフトさせること
によつて変速が果たされるとともに、他のシフト
ヘツドはシフトアンドセレクトシヤフトのセレク
ト動作に連動するインタロツクプレートを主体と
するインタロツク機構により不動状態に保持され
る形式の手動変速機において、リバースシフト時
には前記の同期装置の同期作用のみが得られるよ
うに、シフトアンドセレクトシヤフトの回動にイ
ンタロツクプレートが追従回動される構成となし
たリバースギヤ鳴り防止装置であつて、しかも、
前記のシフトアンドセレクトシヤフト上に配置さ
れた支持レバーとインタロツクプレートとの間に
は、シフトアンドセレクトシヤフトのリバースシ
フト時、およびそれに相反する前進変速段シフト
時においてそれぞれ相互に係合しうる係合手段を
設け、その各係合によつて同インタロツクプレー
トを中立位置に保持可能としたことを特徴とする
