がある。この方法では、芯金は形材中空部の大きさに比
例して重量物となり、芯金の嵌入や抜取り作業が極めて
困難となる。このため、刻印O−ルの回転方向に同調し
、且つ、相対向する芯金ロールを使用する方法が考えら
れる。しかしながら、実質生産においては、模様の割付
けが及ぼす刻印ロール径への寸法変化、あるいは形材断
面形状が及ぼす芯金口−ル径への寸法変化、更には形材
の肉厚とが関連して、特に芯金ロール径が刻印ロール径
より著しく小さい場合には、形材模様付は面に微細な波

に冨んだ刻印ロール転圧模様付けをする方法を目的とす

端軸支部で保持した場合、または2個のロールを中実軸
支部で保持した場合を示すものである。一方、形材断面
形状と芯金板保持部との関係については、第4図は形材
中空部の一部分を芯金板保持に利用した場合の断面図で
あり、第5図は形材中空部に芯金板を保持するものがな
い場合で、形材熱間押出時に形材中空部に芯金板保持片
