Abstract

PURPOSE:To elevate the efficiency in pattern forming and to reduce a cost by providing the core material roll rotatively synchronizing with a stamping roll and by inscribing the core metal roll to the core metal plate held by a forming material hollow part. CONSTITUTION:A hollow forming material 5 is inserted into a core metal 1 and a thin core metal material 6 is inserted into the upper and lower of the hollow part of the forming material 5 respectively. The pair of stamping rolls 2 opposing each other vertically to the forming material 5 are arranged and the core metal roll 1c to rotate synchronously therewith is arranged to the core metal 1 and inscribed to the core metal material 6. A transfer roll 3 is further provided at adequate intervals before and behind the roll 2. A stamping is performed between the stamping roll 2 and core metal roll 1c with transferring both forming material 5 and core metal material 6. Due to the sectional deformation of the hollow forming stock 5 being prevented with this method the pattern forming efficiency is elevated and the cost is reduced as well.

Conventionally, when forming a concavo-convex pattern on a hollow shaped material, a core bar inscribed in the hollow part of the shaped material was usually used to prevent cross-sectional deformation of the shaped material in order to roll the stamping roll. for example,
Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-40337 discloses a method in which a cored metal rod that matches the cross-sectional shape of a hollow section is inserted into the entire length of a hollow section cut to an appropriate length. In this method, the core metal becomes heavy in proportion to the size of the hollow part of the shape material, making it extremely difficult to insert and remove the core metal. For this reason, a method of using core metal rolls that are synchronized with the rotational direction of the marking roller and that face each other can be considered. However, in actual production, there are dimensional changes in the stamping roll diameter caused by pattern assignment, dimensional changes in the core metal orifice diameter caused by the cross-sectional shape of the shape, and even the wall thickness of the shape. In particular, when the diameter of the core metal roll is significantly smaller than the diameter of the engraved roll, fine undulations occur on the surface of the patterned shape, which often lacks decorative properties.

In view of the drawbacks of the conventional methods as described above, the present invention provides a lightweight core bar that can be easily inserted into or handled in the hollow part of an extruded aluminum or aluminum alloy hollow section (hereinafter referred to as section section). Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for applying a stamping roll compaction pattern that is more decorative than the conventional method.

The present invention provides a thin-walled core metal that is synchronized with the rotational direction of a stamping roll and is fitted between opposing core metal rolls, and is held in a hollow portion extending over the entire length of the hollow metal roll. By inscribing the core metal roll in the plate, it is possible to easily pattern it.

Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the core roll is used, in cases where the diameter of the stamped roll and the diameter of the core roll are the same, and when the diameter of the stamped roll is smaller than the diameter of the core. This shows the mode of the case. Figure 2 shows a method using a core roll using a core metal plate. The diameter of the core roll is smaller than the diameter of the engraved roll, and a thin core plate is used to use multiple core rolls. This shows how to do this. As an example of the core metal roll used above, the cross-sectional shape is shown in Figure 3, but when a roll that can handle the hollow part of the profile is held with shaft supports at both ends, or when two rolls are held with solid shaft supports. This shows the case where On the other hand, regarding the relationship between the cross-sectional shape of the section and the core metal plate holding part, Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view when a part of the hollow part of the section is used for holding the core metal plate, and Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the hollow section of the section. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a case in which there is nothing for holding a core metal plate in the hollow part of the shape material and the hollow part of the shape material is processed to have a core metal plate holding piece during hot extrusion of the shape material.

is provided. The power source used in the method of the present invention will not be illustrated or described. The stamping roll 2 is equipped with a stamping roll at the tip of a base body (for example, an air cylinder) that has upper limit, lowering, and pressure adjustment functions by hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, etc.
The transport roll 3 is provided at the tip of a base body (for example, an air cylinder) that has functions of raising, lowering, and adjusting pressure using hydraulic pressure, pneumatic pressure, electric power, or the like. The core metal 1 is rotated by an engraved roll.As an explanation of the process sequence of the present invention method, it is clear from the illustration in FIG. As the second step, patterning is the starting state, and as the third step, patterning is the finished state.
