Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate difficulty in adhering two polarizing plates accurately at desired positions where most stereoscopic image is obtained by adhering PVA films which have orthogonal drawing directions to a transparent base from above and below, and thus forming a stereoscopic laminate sheet previously. CONSTITUTION:The drawn PVA films 1 and 2 has the drawing directions 2 and 4 and the transparent base 6 is, for example, a TAC film; and those are adhered together to form the stereoscopic laminate sheet 5. Then, a drawing 7 having a polarizing function is dyed on both top and reverse surfaces of the laminate sheet 5. In this case, the drawing 7 is formed by a photographic resist method. Namely, photosensitive resist is formed on the drawn PVA films 1 and 3, exposure is performed by using a negative, and development is carried out; and a resist removal part, i.g. PVA exposure part is dyed with an iodine or dichroic dye and dried, the resist part is removed, and a transparent protective film is used for protection. In this case, an upper and a lower polarizing picture shift in position from a center line l to left and right respectively.

[Problems with Inventiveness and Trying to Solve the Problem] It is necessary to create the upper and lower polarizing plates separately, and it is necessary to place the two polarizing plates precisely in the desired position to obtain the most three-dimensional image. Adhesion was a major obstacle.

As described above, in the present invention, first, PVA films whose stretching directions are perpendicular to each other are attached on the top and bottom through a transparent support to prepare an 8# layer sheet for stereoscopic images in advance. This eliminates the difficulty of accurately gluing two polarizing plates at the desired position to create the most three-dimensional image. Then, this laminated sheet is attached using a photoresist method, etc., so that the resist image can be vertically aligned to create the most three-dimensional image. Since the image is formed at a desired position, the positional relationship of one image can be formed very precisely as desired, a three-dimensional image can be obtained, and it can be manufactured more easily than conventional methods.
