As stated in the invention disclosed in Publication No. 261, graphite particles are uniformly mixed. There is a package made of knitted yarn made of PTFE fibers, which can overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks and significantly improve the performance of the package. Value is a shaft frame PT

t7) I found out through research. dll et al. found that when the amount of graphite particles added to PTF E fibers was increased evenly, the thermal conductivity and lubricity of the fibers improved. On the other hand, there is a tendency for the fiber strength to gradually decrease and the elongation to increase. Therefore, for example, if a packing braided with threads made of PTFEf and male containing a large amount of graphite particles is used in the shaft sealing device of a pump under A load condition, the thread body is likely to cause stress distortion. As a result, the packing is deformed and the contact layer l#I product with the river increases, so that the lifespan is not very extended. Therefore, in order to prevent the deformation of the gasket under such high loads, absorbent adapter gaskets are placed at both ends of the gasket, and spacer rings of te/IIIt are placed between the gaskets. I had to pay for moxibustion and other things.

2) Summary of the Invention 4 - The invention relates to a so-called mocking tie 7゛ packing made of a plurality of granite threads (multiple threads with a large number of threads), which are blended with graphite particles. In a patchkin formed by braiding a thread made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, the graphite particles in the knitted thread passing through the corners of the patch do not pass through the entire corner of the patch. fK-characterized by a packing having a structure smaller than that of the particle mixing lid.

A large number of TFEfi vertebrae are tightly bundled together, and this knitting yarn 1a has characteristics such as graphite particle quality that are positive factors for packing, but as a negative factor, fiber strength is slightly low. I regret that the situation is declining.

On the other hand, for 1 bfd of knitting yarn passing through the first path 21 and the second path 22, the blending amount of graphite particles is 50% by weight (preferable range is 20 to 20% by weight).
It has excellent pressure resistance and is made by tightly bundling a large number of PTFE fibers, which are uniformly blended with graphite particles obtained by mixing with TFH resin particles and forming fibers.

Further, FIGS. 3 and 4 are a partial view showing another embodiment of the packing according to the present invention and an explanatory view of the passing route of the knitting yarn. The grid is made up of a total of four routes: 4 to 21 and a second route 22 that follow the corners of the packing, and a third route 23 and a fourth route 24 that do not follow the packing corner, and a third route 23 and a fourth route 24. In the knitting yarn, the aforementioned JD = yarn 1a is passed through the second path 2
The above-mentioned knitting yarn 1b is used for the paulownia threads of the first and second paths 22,
Each is used.

As can be understood from the above examples, the packing according to the present invention has a knitting yarn 1 which is hard and has a large fiber strength (tensile strength) and is hard to cause stress distortion as a loose yarn leaking through the corner of the packing.
Since it uses B, compared to the conventional packing made of P T F E Ffi fibers filled with graphite particles and braided using L Qi, it has lower pressure resistance,
The shape retention is extremely good, so the working flow and pressure are 20
Rotary pumps, etc. under intelligent conditions tD I! Even when used in the 11 i1 device, there was no so-called protrusion phenomenon of the padskin, and the layer life of the padskin layer was almost doubled because it was braided with two types of fibers with different properties. In addition, there is no longer any need for the conventional method of inserting hard adapter gaskets or arranging spacer rings at both ends of the gaskets or between the gaskets to prevent deformation of the gaskets.

Incidentally, to give an uninvented experimental example, (Experimental Example 1.; Rotation test) A knitting yarn 1b was made using PTFE fibers containing 30% by weight of graphite particles. %
A packing was obtained by braiding the knitting yarn 1a of the blended PTFE fibers so that the knitting yarn 1b passed through the corners of the packing. A plurality of such seals (4 rings) are used to seal the shaft of a rotary pump, and the fluid pressure is 15
Tests were conducted under conditions of ~10% speed, but there was no deformation of the seal at all, and good sealing performance was exhibited over a long period of time.

This is a PTFE fiber blended with 80 wt% of graphite particles. Similarly, the area B surrounded by the vertical axis and 0 also shows chain acid, which is not preferable as a packing material, and the fiber strength is 0.8.
Indicates fibers with an elongation rate of 6% or less even at 5 g/d or more. Note that G#i is PTF containing 20wt of graphite particles.
Shows the temporality of E fibers. In Fig. 5, each plot indicated by O mark, Δ mark, and square mark is one actual measurement, and ○ mark contains graphite particles at 30w%, Δ mark contains graphite particles at 50w%,
The seal is made of PTFE fibers containing 70 wt% of graphite particles. Ffi contains 5 graphite particles.
This is the characteristic line of the P'TFE fiber containing 5wt, and the range of -1n between the F line and 04M is the fiber in the range where the elongation rate is low compared to the fiber strength. Also, the range C surrounded by the F line and the E line is suitable for configuring parts other than the uninvented packing periphery. The reason why it is preferable to blend the graphite particles in an amount of 6C to 80Wt is probably due to the fact that the graphite particles are preferably blended in an amount of 6C to 80Wt.
