に基いてバツテリ容量の変化率を算出する温度対
応変化率算出手段を有するとともに、予測時点ま
での暗電流消費量を算出する暗電流消費量算出手
段および予測時点までの自己放電によるバツテリ
容量の減少率を算出する自己放電率算出手段とを
有し、かつ上記容量算出手段、温度対応変化率算
出手段、暗電流消費量算出手段、自己放電率算出
手段の各算出結果に基いて、予測時点におけるバ
ツテリの残存容量を算出する予測値算出手段を有
