と、 上記第1の放電時間測定手段で測定された放電
時間を保持可能にした保持手段と、 上記第1の放電時間測定手段と上記第2の放電
時間測定手段でそれぞれ測定された放電時間によ
り温度を算出する温度算出手段とを具備し、 上記保持手段に保持された放電時間に対して上
記第1の放電時間測定手段で測定された放電時間
の変化が所定値以内の場合は上記第2の放電時間
測定手段で以前測定された放電時間を流用して今
回の上記第1の放電時間測定手段で測定された放
電時間を用いて上記温度算出手段で温度を算出し
、上記保持手段に保持された放電時間に対して上
記第1の放電時間測定手段で測定された放電時間
の変化が所定値を越える場合は上記保持手段の内
容を今回の第1の放電時間測定手段で測定された
放電時間に更新するとともに、上記第2の放電時
間測定手段による放電時間の測定を実行するとと
もに今回の上記第1の放電時間測定手段で測定さ
れた放電時間を用いて上記温度算出手段で温度を
算出するようにしたことを特徴とする温度計測装
