突の下端部を前記支承部に嵌合してその下端面を
前記の底板に当接せしめた状態において、短筒部
の側面に設けた透孔に対向せしめて煙突の側面に
穴を設けるとともに、前記の底板の中央部付近に
水抜孔を設けたことを特徴とするコンクリート既
