面状に形成して成る断面略扇状のブロツクを複数
個組合せてマンドレルを構成し、前記複数個のブ
ロツクをその内部において拡縮自在に連結する一
方、マンドレル内側の円錐凹部に、各ブロツクを
半径方向に拡縮駆動させるためのシリンダを内装
し、前記マンドレルの側面に、各ブロツクの拡縮
作動をガイドさせるためのガイド部材を設けたこ
