印字領域、１２，１３は第１及び第２のトナー・
マークを示す。

Claims (1)
- 印刷用紙に印刷すべき像に対応するトナー像及
びトナー・マークを形成する転写部と、前記トナ
ー像の定着部と、前記トナー・マークを所定の検
出位置において検出するためのセンサと、印刷用
紙を収容するスタツカ部と、印刷用紙を前記転写
部、定着部、検出位置を経て前記スタツカ部に搬
送する駆動機構とを備えたノンインパクト・プリ
ンタにおいて、前記定着部とセンサ配設位置の間
の前記トナー・マークの通過径路上にブラシを付
設し、前記印刷用紙上のトナー・マークを前記ブ
ラシによりこすつた後、該トナー・マークを前記
センサにより検出し、検出出来なかつた場合には
前記駆動機構により印刷用紙を再度前記定着部を
通過せしめることを特徴とする定着不良発生防止
手段を備えたノンインパクト・プリンタ。
