Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 底壁及び該底壁からほぼ垂直に折曲げられ
た一対の起立壁とで構成されたほぼコ字形断面の
プレートを複数枚重ねて接合し、第１流体が通過
する第１通路、第１入口、第１出口及び第２流体
が通過する第２通路、第２入口、第２出口を形成
し、上記第１流体と第２流体との間で熱移動を行
う熱交換器において、各プレートの上記起立壁に
段差部を設け、該段差部に他のプレートの起立壁
の１部を当接して各プレートが位置決めされるこ
とを特徴とする熱交換器。 (2) 上記段差部は、起立壁に形成された帯状水
平壁である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
熱交換器。 (3) 上記段差部は、起立壁で部分的に突出する
突起である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
熱交換器。 (4) 上記段差部では、上段のプレートの起立壁
の下端が下段のプレートの内側帯状水平壁又は内
側突起に当接する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
又は第３項記載の熱交換器。 (5) 上記段差部では、下段のプレートの起立壁
の上端が上段のプレートの外側帯状水平壁又は外
側突起に当接する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
又は第３項記載の熱交換器。 (6) 各プレートの上記起立壁は、一定角度のテ
ーパが形成される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
ないし第５項のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
