DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a method for effectively promoting fermentation when composting livestock manure containing high moisture content, and a container thereof.

In recent years, as rural areas have become more urbanized, the odor and pest pollution such as maggots, flies, and mosquitoes caused by the disposal of livestock manure has become a social problem in some areas. The treatment method is to collect the bedding that has been laid in the livestock barn together with manure into an ITF fertilizer shed, and then turn it over to activate the reproduction of aerobic bacteria and promote IFF fertilizer conversion. It was.

However, this method requires a huge amount of shed equipment such as a compost shed, and the above-mentioned turning work that is repeatedly performed inside the compost shed requires a great deal of pain and labor.

On the other hand, the present inventor first made the bottom surface of the container bag a breathable material such as mesh fabric, and the body part was made of a non-breathable material such as cloth fabric, thereby creating a chimney-like ventilation effect of the body part. A composting container that adjusts the moisture content of the manure and urine to 65% or less using compost to promote fermentation.
(Refer to Utility Application No. 57-28233) However, the above-mentioned one prior art does not treat manure that is impregnated with bedding and has relatively little moisture, but only uses the pancreatic method etc. For materials with a moisture content of up to 100%, such as urine and raw feces, it is extremely difficult to adjust the moisture content to 65% or less, which is the fermentation condition for aerobic bacteria. Ta.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides that the entire surface of the container bag, which has openings that can be opened and closed on the upper and lower surfaces, is made of a material that has a certain degree of breathability, such as mesh fabric or a perforated sheet, and at the same time,
When storing urine or raw feces individually or simultaneously, mix an appropriate amount of moisture regulating material such as rice husk, cut straw or sawdust,
Furthermore, a technical feature is that a fermentation agent and a PHi conditioner are added as necessary.

The method for promoting composting of the present invention according to the above-mentioned configuration removes surplus water from excrement whose water content has been adjusted by adsorbing it to a water-adjusting material.
It mainly oozes out on the surface of the lower half of the container bag and releases it into the outside air, while at the same time evaporating while the air rising from the bottom surface circulates inside, quickly adjusting and maintaining the moisture content to 65% or less of the fermentation conditions. It is something that works.

(Part 1) When raw livestock manure, separated from urine and collected in a concrete tank using the pancreatic method, is sucked up using a vacuum pump or the like and stored in a bag with the above-mentioned structure, crushed rice husks are used as a moisture regulating material. By adding and mixing the raw manure, the water content of the raw manure can be adjusted, and by suspending the bag containing the raw manure for a certain number of days, excess water can be released through the ventilation holes on the entire surface. Fermentation of raw feces is significantly promoted by maintaining the moisture content at 65% or less, which allows aerobic bacteria to propagate.

(Part 2) When treating urine separated by the pancreatic method, first store a considerable amount of cut rice straw or sawdust as a moisture regulating material in the container bag with the above structure, and then pump up the urine from the concrete tank. Inject into the bag using a pump, etc.

In this case, while the urine is adsorbed to the rice straw, the excess moisture evaporates or evaporates due to the air permeability of the entire surface of the container, and the moisture content is kept at less than 65%, which is the fermentation condition for aerobic bacteria, making it possible to fully compost the rice straw. This is something that could have been promoted.

(Part 3) Rice husks, rice straw, sawdust, etc., which are widely used as bedding for livestock sheds, are highly contaminated with livestock manure and turn into filth with high moisture content, causing foul odor pollution. In such cases, sawdust or a mixture of sawdust and rice husks or cut rice straw was sufficiently sprinkled on the contaminated bedding in the livestock barn as a moisture regulating material, and an appropriate amount of pumice particles were added and mixed as odor control and pH control agent. After that, by storing them in the bag with the above structure, the excess water will evaporate due to the air permeability of the bag.
The moisture conditions are suitable for fermentation, and high-quality compost can be effectively obtained.

As is clear from the above, according to the method of the present invention, manure containing particularly high moisture content, such as livestock manure and contaminated bedding separated by the pancreatic method, can be removed.
When storing in a fully breathable bag, moisture adjustment material is mixed in to adjust the moisture content, while excess water can be released or evaporated due to the air permeability of the bag, promoting fermentation of excreta. , effective composting can be achieved.
