Claims (1)

力を生せしめる永久磁石式ヒステリシスクラッチ、また
はブレーキにおいて電磁石と、この電磁石の電磁吸引力
によって吸引移動せられるアマチュアを備え、このアマ
チュアは上記ヒステリシスリングに、このヒステリシス
リングを伴って吸引移動せられるべく連結されたことを
