素子、2は放熱器、3はボンベ、4は液化ガス、5は減
圧ノズル、6は流路、7は開閉弁、8は排気口である。

弁とも構成し、上記ボンベからガスを放熱器内に供給す
ることにより上記半導体素子を冷却するようにしたこと
