    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車速を検出する車速センサと、アクセルペダルの操作状
    態を検出するアクセルセンサと、ブレーキペダルの操作
    状態を検出するブレーキセンサと、上記車速、アクセル
    およびブレーキの各センサの検出信号を受けるよう接続
    されると共に上記アクセルペダルの操作解除後の車速を
    一定に持続すべく排気ブレーキ力を増減させる特性を内
    蔵したコントローラと、このコントローラの出力信号に
    応じ排気ブレーキ用バタフライ弁の開度を変化させるア
    クチュ土−夕とを有した構成の自動排気ブレーキ装置。
