高度な着色力を得ることが困難であった。Traditionally commercially available plastering ink is fine carbon powder called powder smoke or gray ink, but these fine carbon powders have an extremely low bulk specific gravity bi and are not suitable for mixing into cement, mortar, plaster, etc. It scatters when mixed, floats and flows out when water is added, and not only does it require a large amount of ink to increase the degree of coloring, but it is also difficult to mix it with wall materials such as cement. When painted, cement, etc. stand out on the surface, making it difficult to obtain a high level of coloring power.

When the pigment concentration reaches about 40%, the mixture is dried with hot air and the dried product is ground into fine powder.

When adding plastering ink to the main material such as cement, simply dissolve 3 to 5% of the plastering ink in the water used for mixing it with the main material such as cement, and knead it completely. It has the effect of being able to create a black wall or a black clay floor with a high degree of blackness without causing the buildup of cement or plaster to float.
