  1. （１）（イ）横設せる筒状に形成した攪拌槽の一端部に
    投入口と落下量の調整が可能なシー小ホッパを設け、攪
    拌槽の他端部に排出口を設げること、 （ロ）攪拌槽には、投入口から投入された有機物を該攪
    拌槽の他端部に設けた排出口まで攪拌しながら運搬する
    スクリュウコンベアのような攪拌搬送装置を内蔵してい
    ること、 以上の構成要件を具備する堆肥製造装置。
  2. （２）攪拌槽を槽上部と槽下部とに分割した実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の堆肥製造装置。
