側壁を補強する側壁補強翼部と、該側壁補強翼部の両端
に連接して各スポーク部を補強するスポーク補強部と、
上記側壁補強翼部の中央部に連接して上記側壁を補強す
る側壁補強胴部とで構成し、上記各スポーク補強部には
、スポーク用芯金棒に対してこれを抱くように弾力的に
係止する爪を形成し、一方上記側壁補強胴部下端を二叉
に形成して上記ベースの端部に係止するようにしたこと
