As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the hanging tool 3 hanging from above is hooked onto the mounting hole 12 (or hole provided exclusively for hanging) provided in the base 11 of the ballast 1, and the tank Insulating treatment was carried out by immersing the ballast 1 and the pulling part of the hanging device 3 into the insulating varnish 2 contained in the varnish 4. However, as this insulation treatment work was repeated, insulation varnish 2 was applied to the part where the hanging tool 3 was hooked, as shown in
is adhered and hardened to form a varnish lump 5. Therefore, hanging odor 3
It became impossible to hook or remove the ballast 1 from the ballast, and the varnish mass 5 had to be removed each time. In particular, problems occur frequently when hooking and removing by automatic machines. Therefore, when a large number of hanging tools 3 are used, the work of removing the varnish lumps 5 becomes tedious, which also causes high costs. The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above, and the key point is that the material of the ballast base is surface-treated steel that does not require rust prevention, and the hook part is coated with an insulation treatment agent. This is done by making it protrude from the liquid surface and performing insulation treatment.

The height of the liquid level 21 of the insulating varnish 2 can be easily controlled by an overflow method. 0 As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the insulation treatment is performed without immersing the hanging device of the ballast in the insulating varnish, so there is no generation of varnish lumps and the removal work is easy. Since this is completely unnecessary, work efficiency is greatly improved and costs can be reduced.
