Claims (1)
- 複数個のシンチレータと、これら各シンチレータの光が
入力光電面の各々異なる位置に導力讐れるよう上記シン
チレータと光学的に結合されており、上記光電面から発
せられた電子を増倍するマイクロチャネルプレートを内
蔵し、このマイクロチャ、ネルプレートの出力側に上記
各シンチレータの光が入力された位置に対応して分割さ
れた出力電極を有するマイクロチャネルプレートイメー
ジインテンシファイアとからなる放射線検出器。
