However, the above method makes the workplace unhygienic, and also creates sand and dirt.
This had the disadvantage that it was not able to sufficiently prevent slipping due to the scattering of worms and the like. The present invention provides a floor finishing construction method that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and will be explained below with reference to Examples. Example 20 Nylon fibers with a denier of 38 denier were formed into a continuous fiber web weighing 110 mm using a Landwetsuber machine, guided onto a compare screen, and the following blended solution was sprayed to bond the fibers of the web. Gives a sense of sublimity.

The total solid content of the water on the first side is approximately 3%, and the amount of dry solids is adjusted so that the dry solid content is 13.2% based on the fibers for both front and back sides by the process of surface spraying-drying-surface spraying-drying.

The fiber web coated with BR resin was immersed in a phenolic resin solution containing abrasive grains of the following composition, and after soaking, it was squeezed using a squeezing roll so that the dry solid content amount was 385 mm/cm, and then further heated at 100 qo for 10 minutes. Cure at 120°C for 5 hours to achieve a hard finish.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tear strength of the sheet-like article is improved by coating the surface of the fiber with 1 to 40% resin,
In addition, the surface of the fibers where the abrasive material is intertwined, and the non-directionally uniform ratio between the fibers, which are intertwined and fixed, are maintained.
When used on a floor with water, oil, etc. on it or where there is a risk of water, oil, etc. splashing during work and staining the floor.
This, combined with the friction caused by the rough surface of the fibers and their elasticity, provides an extremely large anti-slip effect over a long period of time.
Furthermore, it has many effects such as being more hygienic and improving the working environment compared to the conventional use of sand or rag. In addition, in the present invention, the mixing ratio of resin to abrasive material in the binder is suitably in the range of 10 parts to 80 to 40 parts, and this is determined by the solid weight ratio of the fibers to which the resin has been attached in advance and dried and solidified. It adheres evenly in 2 to 8 times the amount.
The ratio and weight ratio of the abrasive material to the resin described above are most suitable for the anti-slip effect.
