Claims (1)
上部電極層および下部電極層で挾持したパリス゛り層を
設け、上記基板の他面に所定数の端子電極部が対極導通
ずるように配線電極層を形成し、かつ上記基板の端子電
極部に設けた上記貫通孔で両面を電気的に接続し、さら
に上記貫通孔を含んで上記配線電極層をゾルダーレジス
トまたは低融点ガラス等のオーバーコート材で絶縁被覆
したことを特徴とする厚膜バリスタ。A paris layer sandwiched between an upper electrode layer and a lower electrode layer is provided on one side of an electrically insulating heat-resistant substrate with through holes in the front and back directions, and a predetermined number of terminal electrodes are connected to the opposite electrode on the other side of the substrate.
