う引外しばねとからなるしゃ断器において、上記操作機
構に働く上記付勢の方向の力と上記引外しばねの中心軸
の方向の上記引外しの力とが相互にほぼ平行でかつ逆向
きとなるように上記操作機構と上記引外しばねとを配設
