Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] The liquid supply path of the actuator piston, which sets the pressure reduction start point of the hydraulic pressure control mechanism, is integrally equipped with an inertia valve that closes the flow path when a set deceleration is obtained, and a differential pressure valve. A pressure increase sensing piston is provided, an orifice is formed in the large diameter portion of the pressure increase sensing piston to generate a pressure difference according to the rate of increase in mask liquid pressure, and a liquid chamber communicated through the orifice is pressed with a constant spring load. In a load-responsive hydraulic control valve that communicates with the dummy piston, the orifice is arranged in parallel with the orifice formed in the large diameter part of the pressure increase sensing piston, and is closed when the mask pressure increases and opens when the pressure decreases to drain the liquid on the dummy piston side.
