f21に示すようにコンクリート7を内型5内に盛り込
んで遠心成形すれば内型5の凹部6の表面の湿潤剤層9
が、コンクリート7の水気を引き込んで、気泡4を追い
出し、凹部6に充満して突起3を正確に成形することと
なるのである。この図示の実施例では湿潤剤9は、市販
の非イオン系界面活性剤を主剤とする中性洗剤の10%
水溶液を塗布したものにしたがコンクリートに悪影響が
ないものなら何でもよい。コンクリートに対する悪影響
とは、濃度が高く湿潤剤層が厚い場合に発生する硬化不
良や塩化カルシウムのような酸性物質や石鹸のように脂
肪酸石灰を生成するもの等で、結果として突起3の表面
が粉を吹いたり、気泡3を伴ったり、内型5との離型が
困難になったり、突起3が欠けたり、耐摩耗性や耐候性
が劣化することである。
