の前輪（又は後輪）用差動装置と、この前輪（又は後輪
）用差動装置と前記リングギヤ間に同軸的に配置され前
記トランスファーケースに回転可能に支持された傘歯車
式の中間差動装置と、この中間差動装置と前記リングギ
ヤ間に同軸的に配置され前記トランスミッションのケー
シング内にて前記リングギヤ上に回転可能に組付けられ
た後輪（又は前輪）駆動用ベベルリングギヤと、前記ト
ランスミッションのケーシングに回転可能に支持されて
車体前後方向に延び前記後輪（又は前輪）駆動用ベベル
リングギヤに常時噛合するベベルギヤを一体的に有する
ドライブピニオンシャフトを備えてなり、かつ前記前輪
（又は後輪）用差動装置の前記中間差動装置側に位置す
るサイドギヤに動力伝達可能に連結したアクスルが前記
中間差動装置の両サイドギヤ及び前記リングギヤを貫通
して側方へ突出し、前記中間差動装置のピニオンシャフ
トが前記アクそル上に回転可能に組付けた第１中空シヤ
フトにより前記リングギヤに動力伝達可能に連結され、
前記中間差動装置の一方のサイドギヤが前記第１中空シ
ャフト上−に回転可能に組付けた第２中空シヤフトによ
り前記後輪（又は前輪）駆動用ベベルリングギヤに動力
