ルスを発信する固定周波数発振回路と、分周回路と、前
記外部商用電源が印加されている際には前記ゼロクロス
コンパレータから発信されたモジュールパルスを前記分
周器に導きそして前記外部商用電源が印加されていない
際には前記固定周波数発振回路から発信された固定周波
数パルスを前記分周回路に導くように切換制御される切
換手段とを備え、前記分周回路によって作られるタイミ
ング信号に基づいて、前記励磁電流および前記起電力の
