Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 励磁コイルへの通電を制御することにより弁体を開閉作
    動させるように構成した電磁弁装置において、弁体の背
    部に臨んで設けたシリンダを摺動するピストンを前記弁
    体と一体に形成し、前記シリンダとピストンとで形成さ
    れた背圧室と前記弁体のシート部より上流の通路とを連
    通させる圧力バランス通路を前記弁体の内部に形成し、
    前記圧力バランス通路におけるシート部側の開口部の少
    なくとも一つの開口方向を゛前記弁体廻りにおける流体
    の流れの方向に対して略直交させると共に、前記開口部
    が形成された弁体の先端部を非接触状態で覆うフローガ
    イドを前記開口部より上流の通路に装着したことを特徴
    とする電磁弁装置。
