Abstract

PURPOSE:To convey articles in multi-dimensional directions by providing conveyer blocks having the front and rear edge portions slightly tapering on both right and left sides, which are provided with a guide rod with a drop preventing piece and tied in a row by a wire to be driven endlessly. CONSTITUTION:Conveyer blocks 2 having the front and rear edges slightly tapered on left and right sides and provided with a guide rod 6 with a drop preventing piece 7 and a feed projection 5 are fixed by inserting a wire in an insertion hole 8 and tied in a row to form an endless conveyer 1. Thus, even if the conveyer 1 is laid in a curved line, the edges of the blocks 2 are kept from interfering with each other by the taper surfaces 4, so that the conveyer 1 can be driven to guide by the guide rods 6. If the front and rear side surfaces of the block 2 are formed, with the central part expanded, a track curved vertically can be attained. Thus, articles can be conveyed in multi-dimensional directions.

Curved roller conveyors enable curved conveyance, but their construction is complex and extremely expensive. Furthermore, although chain conveyors enable conveyance in multiple directions, the allowable load range is small, and when the chain is stretched, the short links that make up the chain are placed in alternating directions. They have to be arranged in the same way, are time-consuming to assemble, are prone to failure, and have the disadvantage of producing frictional noise from the IJ (IJ), which can be the source of the noise.

Yet another object of the present invention is to protrude guide rods having an escape prevention piece from the center position of the lower surface of the conveyor block forming the conveyor body, and to attach these guide rods to the bottom surface of the travel path. On the other hand, by inserting and supporting the conveyor so that it can run freely in the travel guide groove provided along the travel path, the conveyor can be moved freely in multidimensional directions according to the travel path formed by the left and right travel guide plates. The present invention provides a transport device that can be moved.

Next, the conveying device of the present invention will be explained according to the illustrated embodiment. (1) is a conveying body, and a wire (3) is made up of an endless number of conveying blocks (21F2). It is constructed by connecting them in a daisy-like manner. The transport block (2) is made of synthetic resin, metal, etc., and has two flat sides,
Slanted surfaces (4) are provided so that the front and rear side edges thereof are slightly tapered toward both left and right sides. The inclined surfaces (4) provided on the front and rear side edges on both the left and right sides make it easy for the conveyor (1), which is made up of these conveyor blocks (2) F2) connected in a daisy-like shape, to curve left and right. It may be straight or curved. However, if this inclined surface (4) is provided with an inclination more than necessary, it is inconvenient because a large gap will be created on both sides between the conveying blocks (2) F2) located in front and behind. Also,
If the front and rear sides of these transport blocks (2) (2)...° are formed as curved surfaces with a bulging center, these transport blocks (2+ (2)...

5) is provided. The feeding protrusions (5) (5) provided on the lower surface of the conveying block (2) are used when the conveying blocks (2) (2) are arranged in a daisy-like shape.
They are arranged at equal intervals on both sides, that is, on the lower surface of both sides of the carrier (1). In addition, a guide rod (6
) is provided, and this guide rod (6) is used to guide the traveling of the conveying body (1), which is made up of conveying blocks (2) (2)... in a string shape. . In addition, this guide rod (6) has an escape prevention piece (7) that protrudes in the left and right direction.
is provided. (8) is an insertion hole, which is located in the center of the transport block (2) and is provided in the front-rear direction, so that the transport block (2) (2)... The wire (3) is inserted through the opening, and it is preferable that the opening side is wider than the inside. In addition, the transport block (2) F2)...
The wire (3) inserted through... is connected to each transport block f.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 shows a case where the conveyance block (2) is prevented from moving relative to the wire (3) and is held rotatably. That is, the conveyance block (2) is divided into an upper block (2a) and a lower block (2b) such that the insertion holes (8) are divided into upper and lower parts, and each of the upper and lower divided insertion holes (8) is divided into an upper block (2a) and a lower block (2b). A hemispherical latching recess f9) (9) is provided at the front and rear center position, and extends so that the latching sphere (10) provided on the wire (3) fits thereinto, and the divided lower block (2b) latching recess (9

That is, the insertion hole (8) provided in the conveyance block (2) is made large enough to fit the latching sphere (10) provided in the wire (3), and the insertion hole (8) is located at the front and back center position. By providing a hemispherical latching recess (9) on the upper or lower side of the wire, the latching sphere (1o) of the wire (3) inserted into the insertion hole (8) can be latched at its central position. A latching ball is fitted into the latching recess (9) by a latching screw (121) that is fitted into the latching recess (9) and is provided so as to be able to enter and retreat into a position opposite to the latching recess (9). 00), the conveyance block (2) can be held integrally with the wire (3) so as not to move. (
Reference numeral 13) denotes a receiver, which is disposed so as to protrude from the surface of the conveyor block (2) at an appropriate position on the conveyor (1), and is used to support the article being conveyed upward. It is something. α(A) is a travel path, which includes left and right travel guide plates (lH5) and left and right travel guide plates (15

Further, according to the present invention, guide rods having escape prevention pieces are formed protrudingly at the center position of the lower surface of the transport block forming the transport body, and these guide rods are aligned along the travel path with respect to the bottom surface of the travel path. By being configured to be inserted and supported so as to be freely movable in the travel guide groove provided, the conveyor can be freely transported in multidimensional directions corresponding to the travel path appropriately formed by the left and right travel guide plates. It has practical benefits that can be achieved.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, tooth profiles are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the driving pulley and the driven pulley provided on both sides of the traveling path,
By fitting the feeding protrusions of each conveying block that forms the conveying body into these tooth shapes and tensioning the conveying body between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, the conveying body can be slid easily by the rotation of the driving pulley. It has the practical benefit of being able to run more efficiently.

A transport block is provided with the front and rear side edges slightly tapered toward both left and right sides, and the lower surface of the transport block is provided with feeding protrusions located on both sides, and is located in the center to prevent escape. A guide rod with a protruding piece is formed, and a large number of the conveyance blocks are arranged in a beaded manner on an endless wire to form a conveyor body, and the left and right travel guide plates are used to control the movement of the conveyor body. An endless passage is formed, a driving pulley is provided at one end of the traveling passage, and a driven pulley is provided at the other end, tooth profiles are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of these drive pulleys and driven pulleys, and these tooth profiles are used for feeding the conveying block. A conveyor is stretched between the driving pulley and the driven pulley by fitting the protrusions, and a travel guide groove along the travel path is provided on the bottom of the travel path to allow the guide rod of each conveyance block to travel freely. A conveying device characterized by a fitting support.
