CONSTITUTION:A base material 2 is arranged in the inner part of a closed frame 1 and a vinyl chloride resin film 3 is provided with drawing tension on each side adjoining on the upper part of the frame, and the space surrounded by the frame and the film 3 is reduced pressure by a vacuum pump 4. Due to the reduction of pressure, the film 3 is pressed to the projected parts 5 of a stump, and furthermore to the slant surface, and the base material surface and the film 3 are sticked in unit by adhesive agent applied on the base material surface 2. 化粧拐でちれば使用できる。該フィルムの厚みは貼り加
工条件により選定されればよいが50〜200冶が好ま
しい。5勢以下では貼り加工時に伸長によりフィルム厚
が薄くなシ目的とする表面品質が得られなかったり、破
断するなどして好ましくない。また200/LA以上で
はフィルムの伸長が劣ったシ、過大な加圧、吸引が必要
になるなどして好ましくない。フィルムの張設方法はフ
ィルムの角部のみに張力を付与する方法、フィルムの各
辺の一部に張力を付与する方法、フィルムの全周囲に張
力を付与する方法等が基材の形状及び凹凸状態に対応し
て採用できる。
