  1. 温度測定用の熱電対のターミナルヘッド自端子′板の裏
    側で同端子板付属の端子に熱電対素線と値列になるよう
    （こ接続した精密抵抗器と、同端子板とターミナルヘッ
    ド間で外部に突出した２ケ所の配線口とを具備してなる
    ことを特徴とする精密抵抗付熱電対装置。
