積拡大装置を設ｉ前記弁の弁体内に容積拡大装置により
容積が拡大せしめられる吸引空間を形成し、前記弁を作
りさせるとともに、前記弁を閉じた陳弁により仕切られ
る前記塗布剤流路の下流側のみを前記吸引空間に連通さ
せ、しかも前記容積拡大装置を動作せしめて前記吸引空
間の容積を拡大させる制御装置を設けてなることを等特
