器内とを連通ずるガス通路を開閉するスプールを具備し
ているガス詰め充填装置のガス供給弁において、ダイア
フラムの外周部を上記ハウジングに気密を保って取付け
るとともにそのダイアフラムの中央部を上記スプールに
連動させ、かつこのダイアフラムでスプールとハウジン
グとの摺動部と、上記ガス通路とを隔離したことを特徴
