【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ブラシレスモータのモータ駆動コイルと制御
基板との電気的接続構造に関する。

従来のモータ駆動コイルの電気的接続構造を第1図に基
づいて説明すると、複数のモータ駆動コイル1をフレキ
シブル基板2を介在させて遠吠にステータプレート3に
接着し、該ステータプレート3をビス4により制御基板
5に取付け、モータ駆動コイル1の各リード線6を制御
基板5の接続用電極にそれぞれハンダ付をして接続し、
ステータプレート3の中央にベアリング7を嵌め、上記
モータ駆動コイル1に対向する様にロータマグネット8
を取付けたロータプレート9とベアリング7の中に通し
たシャフト10とをネジ11により固定しである。

穴と制御基板に設けた固定穴とをビス等を介して固定す
ることによって、該固定穴の近傍に設けた接続用電極と
上記電極パターンとを電気的に圧接接続したことを特徴
とする。

れぞれ電気的に接続し、更に該フレキシブル基板12を
環状のステータプレート3に接着等により取付け、制御
基板19の中央穴20に上記モータ駆動コイル16を入
れてフレキシブル基板12の取付穴14と制御基板19
の固定穴21を合わせ、該取付穴14にビス4等を挿入
して固定穴21に螺合等することによって、ステータプ
レート3と制御基板19とを固定し、該制御基板19の
各接続用電極22とフレキシブル基板11の各電極パタ
ーン18とを電気的に圧接接続する。

ントパターンを介して接続されているフレキシブル基板
の電極パターンを、ビス等により制御基板に設けた接続
用電極に圧接接続したことによって、従来の様にフレキ
シブル基板に設けたモータ駆動コイルの各リード線と制
御基板の各接続用電極とをハンダ接続する必要がない為
、接続する極性を間違える様な配線ミスがなくなると共
に作業時間を短縮することができ、また故障した場合は
、ビス等を取外すだけでフレキシブル基板と制御基板と
に分解できる為、保守点検が容易になる。

り確実に電気的接続ができる様になる。
