化処理の部分である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ドリフト管、空胴壁、および非接触形チューナー等から
    なる多空胴形クライストロン用空胴共振器において、該
    非接触形チューナーはチョークを形成しているモリブデ
    ンからなる内導体の先端部−から少なくとも１／４波長
    の長さに亘ってその表面に酸化モリブデンを施こしたこ
    とを特徴とする多空胴形クライストロン用空胴共振器。
