    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明ガラス基板上にＥＬナセル形成し、裏面カバーで被
    冠封止してなるＥＬパネルにおいて、前記裏面カバーの
    少なくとも２ケ所に給気管および排気管を設け、その少
    なくとも一方に体積可変部分を設け、ガラス基板と裏面
    カバーとで形成される密閉容器内に不活性かつ絶縁性気
    体を充填したことを特徴とするＥＬパネル。
