磁極部間に磁性粉体封入用空隙を構成するとともに円盤
状部において被制動軸或は人、出力回転軸等の回転軸に
機械的に連結された回転体、および上記回転体の円盤状
部の左右に位置するとともに上記ヨークを支持する各ブ
ラケットに夫々固着され、各外周面と同上記回転体の円
筒状部の内周面との間に磁性粉体封入用空隙を構成する
一対の磁極体を備え、かつ上記回転体の円筒状部内周面
を円盤状部に向って直径を大とする円錐体面とすること
によって上記磁極体と回転体間の磁性粉体封入用空隙長
を外側より円盤状部に向うにつれて大ならしめたことを
