から成り、上記ポールピースの内径面と内輪の外
径面に隙間を設けて上記ホルダーの外周部を外輪
に固定し、ポールピースと内輪間に形成された上
記隙間に導電性磁性流体を介在させた導電性磁性
流体シール内蔵型軸受。 (2) 前記シールユニツトが環状の磁石と、その
磁石の両端面に重ね合わせた２枚の環状ポールピ
ースと、そのポールピースおよび磁石の内周部を
保持する導電性を有する非磁性体ホルダーとから
成り、上記ポールピースの外径面と外輪の内径面
に隙間を設けて上記ホルダーの内周部を内輪に固
定し、ポールピースと外輪間に形成された上記隙
間に導電性磁性流体を介在させた請求項(1)記載
