るという問題点があった。As a conventional tight-tube type insulator clamp fitting, No. 4
As shown in Fig. 5, the clamps 21 and 21 attached to the opposite sides of the insulator head are connected by bolts 23, which are inserted through bolt insertion holes 22, 22 provided in the upper part thereof, so that they can be tightened and loosened. At the same time, a device in which the lower part of the wire fixing device 24 is screwed into the middle portion of the bolt 23 is widely used, but such a tight-tube type insulator clamping device causes a sparkle at the lower end of the clamp holder 21. If the short circuit current is large, there is a risk that the bolt 23 may be heated and fused, and the arc current flows through the path of the wire fixture 24 - bolt 23 - clamp 21.21.
Since the arc is only along the opposite side of the insulator head and the entire insulator head is not covered, the arc tends to migrate to the tip of the bolt, and the insulator's durability is reduced because the insulator head is directly exposed to the arc. The arc characteristics are poor, and since the wire load applied to the wire fixture 24 is supported by only one bolt 23, when a bending load is applied, the bolt 23
This, together with the fact that the clamping force of the clamp holder 21, 21 against the insulator head tends to be insufficient, creates a problem in that frequent inspections and repairs are required.

In addition, a bulge 12.12' is formed at the inner bottom of the split cap body 3, 3', and the bulge 12.12' is large enough to fit into the top line groove of the insulator head. The bolt insertion holes 1 and 1' are provided in the upper end of one of the split cap bodies 3, and the wire receiver has a top plate part 1 in which a groove 5 is formed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the bolt 2.
An abutment wall 14 is provided on the lower surface of the top plate 15 integrally provided with the top plate 15, with which a step 13 provided at the upper portion of the other split cap body 3' comes into contact.

The presser metal fitting 7 is formed on the lower surface of the split cap body 3, and the electric wire receiver is inserted into the screws 9, 9, which are implanted in the upper surface of the split cap body 3, with the wire receptacle groove 5 in between. Both wing parts 7' are stretched from the upper end.

The wire can be attached without removing the clamp 7 by simply loosening the nut 10, which has a notch shape that reaches one side edge, slightly raising the clamp 7, and then rotating the other screw 9 as a pivot. At the same time, it is designed to prevent the nut 10 from being accidentally dropped when working on the pillar.
Furthermore, a wire receiver 16 made of a soft metal such as aluminum is mounted in the groove 5 so as to be engaged with the screw 9 through a hole provided in the ear piece 17 thereof.

After fitting and tightening the bolts 2, the split cap bodies 3 and 3' are moved inward by the bolts 2 inserted through the bolt insertion holes 1 and 1' provided in the opposing body walls, respectively, and are mutually connected. At the same time as the insulator head A is brought into contact with the insulator head A, the insulator head A is firmly held and the entire insulator head I is properly covered. Cap body 3,3
If the wire 2 is fixed to the wire fixing member 4 attached to the upper surface of one or both of the wires 2 and 4, the wire load applied to the wire fixing member 4 will be absorbed by the split wire firmly covered by the insulator head A. Since the cap bodies 3, 3' support the electric wire 2, there is no possibility that the clamp fitting will deform and interfere with the support of the electric wire 2 even if a compressive load or a bending load is applied.

る。Moreover, if the split cap body 3, 3' is tightened with the bolt 2 and the cap body properly covers the entire insulator head a, a spark occurs at the lower end of the split cap body 3, 3'. However, there is no risk of the arc migrating to a part of the clamp fitting, such as the tip of a bolt, and causing that part to melt, and even if an arc jet is generated due to a flashover, the arc will not directly hit the insulator head A. The arc resistance of the insulator is extremely high.

容易に行える利点がある。Although the structure of the wire fixing member 4 is not particularly limited, the wire receiver provided on the upper surface of one split cap body 3 has a groove 5, and the wire receiver has a groove 5 on the lower surface. By using a presser metal fitting 7 with a pair of grooves 6 formed therein, the support for the electric wire can be lowered, so the bending strength of the insulator does not decrease, and the electric wire 2 can be stably supported with a small number of parts. In particular, the presser metal fitting 7 is
, 7' with the guide holes 8, 8 provided on one side of the split cap body 3.
The wire holder is installed on the upper surface with the groove 5 interposed therebetween, and
If the nut 10 screwed into each screw rod 9 is loosely fitted into the bolt 9 and can be tightened and loosened, there is an advantage that the wire attachment work can be easily carried out by simply loosening the nut 10 without removing the presser fitting 7.

なものとなる。Furthermore, the fact that the protrusions 11 and 11' that are engaged with the neck line grooves of the insulator head A are provided inward on the lower edges of the split cap bodies 3 and 3' allows the insulator head A to be fitted into the insulator head A. The clamping force when the insulator head A is clamped by tightening the split cap bodies 3, 3' with the bolts 2 is further increased, and the bolt insertion hole 1°1'
If the bulges 12, 12' are provided on the inner bottom surface of the split cap body 3.3' with a size that can be secured to the top line groove of the insulator head A, the bulges 12, 12' Since it engages with the top line groove A and exhibits a rotation prevention effect, the covering of the split cap body 3, 3' against the insulator head A is coupled with the engagement between the raised portions 11 and 11' and the neck line groove opening. It is extremely strong and can withstand any load.

となる。Furthermore, the provision of an abutting wall portion 14 on one split cap body 3 that abuts against the stepped portion 13 provided at the upper part of the other split cap body 3' is a feature of both caps connected by bolts 2. body 3,3
', the butt joint of the step part 13 and the abutment wall part 14 becomes accurate, so the melting of bolts, etc. caused by the arc current is completely eliminated, and when the bolt 2 is tightened, the joining point between the stepped part 13 and the abutment wall part 14 is Since the lower ends of the split cap bodies 3, 3' move inward as fulcrums, the tightening force against the insulator head I becomes even stronger.

防止できるものである。Moreover, the fact that the opposing dividing edges of the divided cap bodies 3 and 3' are divided diagonally as part of a spiral instead of vertically by using the inclined edges 3at3'' reduces the current density locally at the discharge point of the lower edge. By making use of the difference in strength of the magnetic field to shift the discharge arc from the power supply side to the load side, melting damage of the split cap bodies 3, 3' as discharge fittings is suppressed, the discharge voltage characteristics are stabilized, and This can prevent damage to the insulator due to localized uneven heat.

好ましい。In use, as shown in the figure, a cushioning spacer is interposed between the insulator head A and the split cap bodies 3 and 3', and the insulator head is secured by the split cap bodies 3 and 3' by firmly tightening the bolts 2. It is preferable to prevent the insulator head A from being exposed to the arc while at the same time preventing the insulator head A from being destroyed.
