  1. 下部支柱の上端部に上部支柱の下端部をヒンジ機構およ
    び着脱可能な固定機構によって起倒可能に連結するとと
    もに、前記上部支柱の下部近傍から起倒操作用のハンド
    ルを延長状に一体的に連設し、前記ハンドルの先端に結
    び目を形成したローブを連結したことを特徴とする塔状
    構造物の起倒操作装置。
