Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）半導体レーザと、この半導体レーザの出力光を光
    フアイバ伝送路に結合させる結合用レンズとを備えた半
    導体レーザモジュールにおいて、半透明光電変換器か前
    記結合用レンズ内にその光軸に垂直な面に対して傾斜し
    て内蔵されていることを特徴とする半導体レーザモジュ
    ール。
  2. （２）結合用レンズの光軸に垂直な面に対する半透明光
    電変換器の傾斜角度が１０度〜４０度であるように構成
    された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体レー
    ザモジュール。
