[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to an eaves gutter joint, and its purpose is to extend a lifting prevention piece from at least one of the fixed piece part or the sliding piece part onto the bellows plate part. To provide an eaves gutter joint which can prevent a bellows plate part from floating when a sliding piece part expands and contracts by extending the sliding piece part.

A conventional eave gutter joint is described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-7592.

That is, as shown in Fig. 1, the eaves gutter insertion portions C and H′ for inserting the eaves gutter are formed at both ends of the joint body A except for the ear socket openings, and the Inside was inserted an auxiliary member consisting of an eaves gutter holding piece 2 with a rectangular cross-section and a buffering piece E capable of absorbing the expansion and contraction of the eaves gutter.

In other words, the eaves gutter is inserted into the eaves gutter insertion portion from both sides of the joint body A, and the expansion and contraction of the eaves gutter due to cold and heat is absorbed by the buffer part E.

In addition, above the auxiliary member, ease of installation or fixation to the auxiliary member in the eaves gutter insertion part and prevention of floating of the buffer member due to shrinkage of the buffer member when the eaves gutter is extended. A covering piece was provided to prevent it from rising.

However, in such conventional examples, since the covering piece is disposed over the entire upper surface of the auxiliary member, there is a gap between the upper surface of the auxiliary member and the lower surface of the covering member, which is slidable. It is necessary to leave a slight gap between the auxiliary parts, and as a result, dirt and dust can enter and accumulate in this gap over many years. There was a problem in that the eaves gutter could not be slid smoothly, and sometimes it became impossible to slide, resulting in deformation of the eaves gutter.

In particular, as is clear from Fig. 1, the space between the upper surface of the eaves gutter support piece 2 and the lower surface of the covering piece is quite narrow, and the cross-sectional shape of the joint body 2 is approximately semicircular. Since the entire upper surface of the eaves gutter support piece 2 is covered, as time passes, dirt and dust gradually accumulates over the entire area starting from the central part located at the bottom, and as a result, There is a problem in that accumulated dirt and dust tend to make it impossible to slide onto the auxiliary member.

In addition, although the cover piece is provided for ease of attachment to the auxiliary member, the structure is rather complicated, and furthermore,
There were problems such as increased costs due to an increase in the number of parts and an accompanying increase in assembly man-hours.

以下、本考案を図示実施例に従って詳述する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail according to illustrated embodiments.

In Fig. 2, the eaves gutter joint body 1 is round or square, and is made of synthetic resin such as hard polyvinyl chloride, and its upper edge is widened in a step-like manner. This portion is referred to as an ear holding portion 10.

For example, a bellows sliding piece 8 made of a hard or semi-hard synthetic resin extends from one end of the bellows plate portion 5 made of a synthetic resin such as soft polyvinyl chloride, and a bellows sliding piece 8 made of a hard or semi-hard synthetic resin extends from the other end. Each bellows fixing piece 9 made of synthetic resin is extended.

Further, the bellows plate portion 5, the bellows fixing piece 9, and the bellows sliding piece 8 are formed to substantially match the inner peripheral shape of the eaves gutter joint body 1.

Reference numeral 3 designates an eaves gutter connection portion, which is formed to approximately match the inner peripheral shape of the eaves gutter joint body 1, and has an eave gutter connection insertion groove 2 formed therein; A plurality of floating prevention pieces 4 are integrally provided at appropriate intervals in a direction opposite to the opening direction.

In other words, the floating prevention pieces 4 are provided at appropriate intervals, rather than covering the entire top surface of the bellows plate part 5.
Even if dirt, dust, etc. are accumulated between the floating prevention piece 4 and the bellows plate part 5, the contact area is reduced.

The eaves gutter connection part 3 is high-frequency welded to the bellows sliding piece 8 and the bellows fixing piece 9, and the eave gutter connection part 3 and the bellows sliding piece 8 constitute the sliding piece part 7, and the eave gutter connection part 3 and the bellows fixing piece 9 constitute the fixing piece part 6.

In this case, the floating prevention pieces 4 are positioned on the bellows plate part 5 in a state in which they are engaged with each other alternately, and the eave gutter connection insertion groove 2 is oriented outward.

Next, the bellows part B is telescopically fitted into the eaves gutter joint main body 11, and the fixing piece 6 is high-frequency welded to one end of the eaves gutter joint main body 1.

Then, the eaves gutters are built on the eaves with the ends facing each other,

When the eaves gutter expands and contracts as the outside temperature rises and falls, the bellows plate portion 5 expands and contracts accordingly, and the sliding piece portion 7 slides within the eaves gutter joint body 1 accordingly.

Further, a plurality of floating prevention pieces 4 located above the bellows plate part 5 are integrally extended from at least one of the fixed piece part 6 and the sliding piece part 7 to the bellows plate part 5 at appropriate intervals. Compared to the conventional method, which prevents the bellows plate 5 from expanding and contracting smoothly even if dirt and dust accumulates between the lifting prevention piece 4 and the bellows plate 5 due to long-term use. By forming a plurality of anti-float pieces 4 at appropriate intervals, even if dirt and dust accumulates between the bellows plate portion 5 and the anti-float pieces 4 over many years, the accumulation Since the contact area between the bellows plate portion 5 and the floating prevention piece 4 is much smaller, the eaves gutter can be smoothly expanded and contracted regardless of the accumulation of dirt and the like, thereby preventing deformation of the eaves gutter.

In addition, since the anti-floating piece 4 is integrally formed to extend from the fixed piece part or the sliding piece part, it is easy to assemble unlike the conventional method.
Furthermore, it has the advantage of reducing assembly man-hours by eliminating parts, and thereby reducing costs.

Although the figure shows an example in which the floating prevention piece 4 extends from both sides, the present invention is not limited to this, and it may extend from only one of the fixed piece part 6 or the sliding piece part 7. It is something.
