信号を受信する音響結合装置において、受信信号を整流
する回路と、この回路の出力を所定の基準値と比較する
比較器と、この比較器の出力に応じて動作するスイッチ
ング素子と、このスイッチング素子の動作により前記受
信信号を分圧する分圧回路とを備え、前記比較器により
受信信号が基準値を越えたことが検出された場合に当該
受信信号を分圧して出力する音響結合装置の過大入力信
