電気絶縁物の中に封入し、一端を露出して測定電極面と
し、他の端面をリード線と接続するに際し、前記の電気
絶縁物の中央部に凹部を設けてその位置で前記貴金属細
線とリード線導体部を接触せしめ、その近傍を含む前記
電気絶縁物中央部の凹部を導電性の材料で充填すること
によって測定電極がリード線と接続されていることを特
