In particular, the yarn feeding tension T2 of two or more continuous yarns
The object of the present invention can be achieved more effectively by feeding the yarn to the rotating paper yarn chamber in such a manner that the values are different within the range of 2 (evening) ≦ T2 ≦ 25 (evening), and further, In addition, in order to ensure that the yarn feeding tension of the continuous yarns differs from each other by 5 degrees or more, the continuous yarn supply pipe and the point of union of the spun yarn and the continuous yarn, which is determined by the position of this supply pipe, are ,
The object of the present invention can be most effectively achieved by installing it at a certain distance, preferably five or more legs, from the yarn discharge pipe, which will be described later.

The short fiber bundle 1 is supplied from feed rollers 2 and 3 via a supply pipe 4 to a spinning chamber 8 as individual fibers 9 in an open twill state. The short fibers that constituted the short fibers are deposited on the largest diameter part of the weaving yarn chamber 8 and rebuilt as spun yarn a.A plurality of yarns b, The fibers c coalesce near the coalescence point 7 and are twisted on the surface of the spun yarn a in a covering form or in a combined twist form. Here, at the coalescence point 7, the insertion of the spun yarn a toward the maximum hook portion is inhibited. Therefore, the friction member 10
This gives a firmness and prevents the spun yarn a from breaking.
Composite yarn 11, which is a combination of continuous yarns b and c and spun yarn a, is pulled out downward from delivery rollers 12 and 13. Note that the supply pipes 5, 6, etc. are held by a member 14 that holds them. The present invention further has the following aspects.

That is, when supplying a plurality of continuous threads b and c from the supply pipes 5 and 6, at least one of the plurality of continuous threads b and c is supplied from the supply pipes 5 and 6.
The yarn feeding tension L of a continuous yarn material (for example, yarn material b) is set to 2
(Evening)≦T2≦25 (Evening), and furthermore, at least one of these plurality of threads is made to have a difference in tension from other continuous threads. Preferably, there should be a difference of 5 ta or more. To explain these matters using FIG. 2, suppose that the yarn feeding tensions of continuous yarns b and c are T2 and L2, respectively.
If both of them are made smaller than 2, and the yarn is fed in an overfeed manner, both continuous yarns b and c will generate sagging in the spinning chamber, expand in a loop shape, and approach the vicinity of the maximum diameter part. This inhibits the thread formation of spun yarn a and induces yarn breakage. In addition, the resulting yarn has loop-like continuous yarns that protrude extremely irregularly from the surface of the spun yarn, resulting in a poor quality yarn appearance. In the present invention, the tension of at least one of the plurality of continuous yarns is set to 2 Ta or more and 25 Ta or less, and even if the tension of the other continuous yarns becomes lower than this tension,
Since the spun yarn a is twisted while being combined with this, it is possible to form the yarn while keeping the sagging form of the low-tension continuous yarn constant. The body and the spun yarn a can be tightly combined. Note that the symbols indicating members in FIG. 2 are the same as those in FIG. 1. An example of the form of the composite yarn obtained by the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 3. FIG.
In the figure, two continuous threads b and c are twisted in a lined manner, and the spun yarn and the threads are extremely tightly combined. The opening in Figure 3 is a continuous yarn material 1571 in the spun yarn 18.
In particular, other spun yarns are used as the continuous yarns 15 and 16, and the spun yarn 15 is supplied at a low tension with a slight overfeed, and the other spun yarn 16 is supplied with a tension of 2 ta or more. This shows the case when supplied with In this case, the spun yarn 16 serves to tightly twist the spun yarn 18 together with the spun yarn 16. In Figure 3, these spun yarns 15
, 16, and 18 of the present invention, a continuous thread 17 is spun together and a twist is given in the opposite direction (the direction in which the composite yarn main body is unraveled) with a low twist number using a twisting machine. and
The loop-shaped portions 19 and 20 are formed to form a fancy thread. In addition, as the continuous yarn material used in the present invention, spun yarns, various filament yarns, various decorative yarns, silver threads, tape yarns, etc. can be used.

Further, the number of threads of the spun yarn a formed in the paper yarn chamber can be arbitrarily set from soft to strong, and is preferably determined according to various final product characteristics. Further, various types of yarns can be obtained by combining the composite yarn obtained according to the present invention with other yarns and subjecting the yarn to additional threading, unraveling, etc. Example A composite yarn was formed in the spinning manner shown in FIG.
